This is a small 2 bedroom cottage we did for a wonderful client on a steep section.
At the top was a beautifully framed view of the working harbour. While the cottage was a new build, we worked with Frobisher Interiors to create a retro character using muted colours, period wallpaper/furniture as well as framed photos of early Lyttelton to battle against the staleness of being new. We used dormer windows to fit into the small scale of the local architecture and worked hard to maximise the views and sun. As usual we maxed out on storage and insulation, both of which you can never have enough!
