This was a typical 80s clip together batch. It was cold, dated and creaked as the day warmed up.
We replaced the windows, increased the insulation and cladding, stabilised the framing and generally lifted this home from a batch to a seaside retreat. The colour scheme was changed to a more beachy feel. First two photos are existing, rest are new
